A Sensory Symphony
From 15th September until 31st March 2026, let us guide your senses through 4 decadent acts of sweet and savoury treats, expertly crafted by our esteemed pastry chef, Lerrick Coelho, and set in the opulent surroundings of our Rose Lounge.
ACT I – The Auction Begins
Inspired by Lot 666, this opening act presents an elegant array of traditional finger sandwiches.
ACT II – Beneath the Opera House
In the shadows of the Opera House, we surprise and delight our guests with a theatrical amuse-bouche that offers a delicate sliver of light amid the darkness.
ACT III – The Masquerade’s Ascent
The centrepiece of our story; a selection of intricately crafted sweet pastries, echoing the opulence of the Phantom’s Masquerade.
ACT IV – Behind the Curtain
Warm scones, served with traditional accompaniments, help to bring our sensory symphony to its crescendo.
