Chef Anthony Demetre has unveiled a brand-new concept called Bistrot at Wild Honey, alongside his acclaimed Michelin-star restaurant, Wild Honey St James, at the five-star hotel Sofitel London St James.
Previously holding the space of Wild Honey’s bar, the area has been reimagined to create a relaxed neighborhood wine bar and dining offering centered around bistronomy.
Bistrot at Wild Honey is a charming French-inspired bistro that focuses on bistronomy, offering brasserie-style cuisine with a modern twist. Enjoy daily-changing Plat du Jour specials, a selection of Aperetifs of the Week, and delicious dishes crafted with the freshest seasonal local British produce.
