Phantom of The Opera Afternoon Tea
Step into the enchanting world of The Phantom of the Opera with a limited-edition Afternoon Tea at The Rose Lounge. Elegantly crafted in three delicious 'acts' by pastry chef Lerrick Coelho, each treat, from warm scones to handcrafted pastries, brings to life the mystery, passion and indulgence of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s iconic and haunting love story.
Act I: The Auction Begins:
Our story opens with Lot 666, a spectacular selection of delicate savouries and finger sandwiches that awaken the senses. Each bite hints at hidden treasures and whispered secrets, setting the stage for the drama ahead.
Act II: Beneath The Opera House:
A sweet course inspired by the Phantom’s legendary gondola journey across the subterranean lake beneath the opera house. Rich, layered flavours and delicate textures combine intrigue and romance in every bite, transporting you into his hidden world.
Act III: Masquerade:
The Masquerade ascends in splendour with handcrafted pastries and dramatic petit fours. Each creation is a striking finale, combining colour, texture, and indulgence, leaving a lingering taste of mystery and theatrical elegance.
Vegetarian, plant-based, and gluten-free options are available on request.
